Salary: $21/hr

Status: 8 month co-op term (January 2026 – August 2026)

Work environment: Hybrid - in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday.

WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Jump in and help with recruitment - posting jobs and assisting with interviews.
  • Support updates to HR materials and documentation to keep things up to date and accurate.
  • Explore training and development by helping with scheduling and coordination.
  • Be part of crew development programs and watch ideas turn into action.
  • Share your fresh perspective to make the student experience even better.
  • Keep things organized by helping maintain learning content and records.
  • Collaborate across teams to support HR projects and documentation.
  • Discover HR tech by helping with updates to our Dayforce Learning platform.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

  • You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education (Adult Learning), or a related discipline. Please note: To qualify as a co-op or internship student, you must be enrolled in a post-secondary program where a work term is a formal requirement and be able to provide documentation confirming this.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - these will be your go-to tools for getting things done.

  • Bilingual in English and French
