The Executive Assistant Team at Calgary Airports is the backbone of the Executive Office, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership functions. This role will provide direct administrative and strategic support to Rob Bachart, Chief Real Estate Officer, and Balazs Bogats, Chief Commercial Officer. By managing complex workflows and anticipating needs, the Executive Assistant enables both leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
The team is small yet highly collaborative, valuing partnership, adaptability, and strong communication. They coordinate complex calendars, organize key meetings, and facilitate critical communication channels that keep the organization running smoothly. Their work strengthens executive effectiveness and contributes directly to Calgary Airports’ operational and strategic success.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the assigned Executive’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointment, conference and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize schedules, documents, reports, and presentations for executive and Board meetings.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to utilize computer programs to create professional reports and documents.
