WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn how purchase orders are created and processed by supporting the procurement of goods and services used in day-to-day airport operations. today airport operations.

- Help build reports, summaries, and basic business cases to support Supply Chain decision making. Making.
- Support the requisition to purchase order process and learn how service level agreements and compliance are managed.to purchase order process and learn how service level agreements and compliance are.
- Work alongside the team to support supplier communications, order tracking, and expediting when needed.
- Participate in inventory counts, sourcing activities, and process improvement projects to better understand end to end supply chain operations to end supply chain operations.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- We welcome applications from students who meet one of the following criteria: You must be enrolled in a post‑secondary diploma or bachelor’s program in supply chain, logistics or a related field and
(a) be registered in a co‑op work term that aligns with the term of this role, or
(b) be enrolled in a program where a work term is required to graduate.
In either case, you must be able to provide documentation and confirm that you will be returning to school after the work term is completed.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manage data (e.g., formulas, filtering, basic analysis) in an academic or work setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data accurately, such as tracking inventory and maintaining trends.
- Experience meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in a structured environment.
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Previous experience in procurement, operations, or supply related role (school projects, part-time work, or coop) related role (school projects, other work, or coop).
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), gained through coursework or work experience.
